Donald William is a minor character in the Black Cat manga series.
Appearance
Donald has long curly hair and wears a beanie. He has a short goatee and wears a black vested jacket. Before the surgery he had long wavy straight hair.
Personality
Donald's personality is vaguely shown but he can kill with little or no remorse.
Plot
Donald has recently had surgery to change his appearance so that he will not be recognized by the authorities. He is targeted by Train Heartnet and the gang on account of the robberies and murders he has committed. Train approaches him and states that he will take him to the police. Donald begins to shoot at Train, but his bullets are easily deflected. Train then points his gun Hades at Donald's head, who is now apologizing. Donald surrenders and is taken into custody.
