The New Weapon is the one hundred and eleventh chapter of the Black Cat manga and the eighth chapter of Volume 12.
Plot[]
Echidna Parass is surprised that Train Heartnet is back into his adult self and even more surprised that Train managed to fire an impossible shot. The Shooting Star Unit wonder the same thing, to which Train states that he merely fired a normal bullet. The men however, do not believe him. One of the Unit grabs Tearju Lunatique and threatens to slit her throat, but Train shoots another ultra sonic bullet that not only knocks the man out, but also dents his arm. This shocks everyone in the room. Train explains that even he does not understand what is going on, as he discovered this power when he reverted back to his normal self. Tearju informs them of a phenomenon where nanomachines bond with cell nuclei, discharging electrical energy and suggests that when Train reverted back, his DNA had undergone a fundumental change. The Phantoms get ready to fire at Train, but the sweeper, annoyed at them, fires another shot that hits a rock outside. He warns them that unless they have a death wish, they will stop getting on his nerves. Sven Vollfied tells Train that his new power is called a Rail Gun.
